_{The 3-bedrooms apartment was designated for a family of three. This was a new apartment which consist of one masterbedroom with masterbathroom, one childbedroom, one guest bedroom, one sharing bathroom, a pantry, a wet kitchen, dining and living room, laundry room and maid room with bathroom. A contemporary style was applied in the design concept. Only the bedrooms, living dining and pantry were designed, as the all the bathrooms were using the existing design provided by the building. All the rooms were designed with neutral color scheme to promote spaciousness to the rooms with off white spray paint finishing, light wood laminate, wood flooring and marble backdrop for living room and masterbedroom. Additional cabinetry was installed to complete the existing pantry cabinetry and to add storage space.}
